Getting Here
Address: Alexandra Palace. Alexandra Palace Way, London N22 7AY

For general admission ticket holders, entry is via the Palm Court, which is located on the west side of the Palace. Doors open one and a half hours before each session starts and reserved seating is in place for the duration of the tournament.

For hospitality ticket holders (premium tickets, luxury tickets and Century Club tickets), entrance is via the left hand side door at the main entrance in Palm Court. The Check-In desk will be located on your left and will be clearly signposted. Doors open two hours ahead of your session, so there’s plenty of time to get in the swing of things.

By Car:
The Paddocks car park, on the west side of the Palace is the best spot to park in. A donation of £3 per vehicle is suggested to help cover the costs of looking after the Palace and Park. Alexandra Palace is run by a charity, so this donation is hugely appreciated.

By Train:
The Palace has its own train station, fittingly called Alexandra Palace Station. It is located at the Wood Green entrance to the Park. A regular train service with Great Northern runs direct from Moorgate, through Highbury & Islington or from Kings Cross, changing at Finsbury Park. Please note that the Palace is a good 10-15 minute walk (uphill!) from the train station. Alternatively, there is a W3 bus stop outside the train station, which stops outside the Palace should you prefer that option

Please note that engineering works will cause disruption to train journeys on Sunday 8 January, a rail replacement bus service will be in place. Please check your route before you travel. For information and updates visit the Great Northern website. The best alternative public transport route is via Wood Green Tube Station or the W3 bus service

By Bus:
The W3 bus runs from Finsbury Park and Tottenham to Alexandra Palace Ice Rink or Alexandra Palace Palm Court.

By Tube:
Wood Green is the nearest underground station on the Piccadilly Line (journey time is 20 minutes from Piccadilly Circus). Exit Wood Green Station and go to bus stop A, to pick up the W3 bus up the hill to Alexandra Palace.

For more information about your visit go to the Alexandra Palace website

The closest underground station to the Palace with step-free access is Finsbury Park. The W3 bus, which stops right outside the venue, crosses with other major bus routes in Wood Green and Finsbury Park.

If you are travelling to the venue via a National Rail station, please check the National Rail website or contact the station directly to confirm arrangements, as step-free access is not in place as a rule.

For further information on accessibility please visit the Alexandra Palace accessibility page

Our cloakroom costs £3 per item and takes card only. Please note that visitors will not be permitted entry to the venue if you are in possession of suitcases or large rucksacks.

Fans in the Cazoo Century Club and VIP booths will enjoy a luxurious snooker experience.
