David Gilbert kept his fine recent form going as he beat Ian Burns 4-0 to qualify for the final stages of the BetVictor Northern Ireland Open.

Liam Highfield scored breaks of 54, 86 and 77 in a 4-1 win over Reanne Evans. Craig Steadman made a 107 as he came from 3-0 down to 3-3 against Louis Heathcote, only for Heathcote to take the decider with a run of 73.
David Grace top scored with 67 in a 4-0 win over Jimmy White while Rory McLeod beat Dominic Dale by the same scoreline.
