A quarter of a century after he reached his first ranking final at the Welsh Open, Mark King, one of the circuit’s great characters over the past 30 years, speaks candidly about his life in snooker in the new episode of the WST Podcast.
King describes the emotions he went through when he won his first title at the 2016 Northern Ireland Open, and what that moment meant to him and his family. He also discusses his grounding in the sport on the amateur scene in Essex, the work ethic he has always had as a player, his infamous boxing match with Quinten Hann, and much more.
